John has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, capital markets, operational accounting and reporting, and investor relations. John joined Energizer in 2001 and has held progressive roles throughout our Finance and Treasury organizations. During his tenure with Energizer, he helped lead Energizer’s acquisitions of Schick Wilkinson Sword, Playtex, American Safety Razor, Rayovac and Spectrum auto care.

John has a degree in accounting from the University of Missouri and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
